Waterscape

Yesterday’s launch of FineArtPhotoblog.com went very well; we received a lot of fantastic support from all directions and I thank everyone for their help in getting the word out. I’m really looking forward to the next few weeks as our gallery builds up and people have more images to view. Also, we’re working on functionality right now to integrate purchasing options for the signed/limited prints, so that will offer folks another outlet if they’re interested in making purchases.

Today’s post comes from a trip to Elbow Lake this past summer (I’ve been too busy with the launch to get out and photograph). Elbow Lake is such an amazing place, it just takes an 8+ mile hike to get there…which is probably why it’s still pristine. The lake outlet provided this photo, with its opposing lines, shadow vs. light, stone vs. water vs. wood. I only wish I could have stayed there another day…
