The Pivot

I was finally able to get out and photograph yesterday, I’d been looking forward to it since I started rebuilding my blog several weeks ago. This image comes from the far reaches of the Shields Valley, a quiet corridor north of here leading to the heart of the state. The melting water in this field is a sign of moisture and growth to come - I’m very much looking forward to that as well.

***Site Updates - 1. Added link to my portfolio site in the header nav, 2. Adjusted the font colors slightly…the white text seemed a bit bright, so I toned it down,  3. Added ShareThis option below post image(s).

  1. Awesome, pretty awesome. Like skeletons of dinosaurs, waiting for the race to start :)

  2. Thanks for visiting, Andreas. I’ve never noticed it before, but you’re absolutely right…from this angle it looks just like the frames of dinosaurs ready to take off for ‘a go’. Good eye!
