Open Gallery Call
I’m sorry for the lack of posts lately. I should be out from under the projects I’m working on by Tuesday, so things should be back to normal then. I would hope that everyone is out enjoying the holiday weekend anyway…
In the meantime, however, I’d like to announce that the Fine Art Photoblog will be taking on a few new artists, and has put out an open gallery call to anyone interested. This is a great opportunity to work with some talented, established artists from various continents with the goal of presenting a daily work of fine art photography via FineArtPhotoblog.com.
Every couple days or so since last week, I’ve started taking a peek at the photographers listed in your “gallery call”. Wow, the list has been growing quite quickly the last few days! I have my faves, and will be fun to see who yours (Fine Art Photoblog) are as well. Hmmm, decisions decisions.
I know - how crazy! The number jumped about 20 people in the last few days, very exciting. It’s going to be difficult due to the quality of most of the submissions, but the judges have implemented a voting process that should allow us to get through the process in two rounds, maybe three. We’ll be making the announcement fairly soon, so I’ll post about that when it happens. Thanks for keeping tabs, Diane.
