Gert’s Bow

This post is dedicated to my grandmother, Gertrude, whose health has taken a turn.  She is an amazing woman full of wisdom, love and Faith, and my thoughts are with her and those at her side. I love you, grandma.

  1. I’m so sorry to hear about your grandma Cody. What a beautiful rainbow you’ve captured, and so wonderful of you to dedicate this photo to her.

  2. thank you.

  3. I am blessed by what you said. I want everyone to know that Grandma told me one time not long ago that she hoped that she inspired just one person in her life. I think all of us would agree that she truly is a Godly woman and that everyone she talks to or who have the pleasure of knowing her like her family does are truly inspired by her. Grandma we all love you and because of you OUR family is blessed.

  4. @Diane - Thank you for your thoughtful words. She’s worth all the rainbows in the world. :-)

@Jill - You’re welcome, big sister. Thank you for commenting.

@Lynn - Glad you were able to see the image, Lynn, and thank you so much for your comment. I agree with everything you said, a very beautiful description. Gert doesn’t need to worry, she’s inspired us all, just as you said. If there ever were an example to follow, she’s the one. What a gem. Again, thank you, Lynn, I appreciate your words.
