The Front

The Front

The light has been pretty mediocre for the last few days when I’ve had the time to get out, so I have to dive back into the archives. This shot is from a drive near Big Timber, MT this late summer. The Yellowstone River glowed orange below this massive cloud front.

Snowlines

Snowlines

I captured this recently while watching the way light played across the tops of drifting snow east of my home. A rather windy place, the drifts take on the forms of miniature peaks and valleys.

Winter Affair

Winter Affair
